Abstracts are assessed via a ‘blind marking’ process, by assessors marking against set quality criteria. Once abstracts have been selected, you will be normally be informed within 4 weeks of the original submission date.
If you submit more than one abstract it is likely that only one of them will be selected.
Please be aware that when designing the seminar programme, your presentation might be allocated to a different theme than you applied for, if this fits the programme better.
Selected abstracts and therefore names will then be included in the event guide and on the event web-site.
It is really important that you confirm as soon as possible that you can present at the event.
